Berlin 2016

The historic Knorr-Bremse factory halls, remodeled into a network of studio, office and showcasing areas, with adjoining canteen and courtyard terrace.
The canteen seating is of oriented strand board with the grain visible, contrasting strikingly with the surrounding dark blue tiled walls, giving the area both a cozy, and industrial feel. The chairs are of different colours and finishes, shuffling the look of the area dynamically when in daily use.
