“It should be as exacting and distinct as my dishes” -Berlin double Michelin starred chef, Tim Raue.
With just 14 weeks from concept to completion, we transformed the former “Crone” art gallery into the first Tim Raue restaurant. The furniture evokes a freeform art exhibit in the former gallery space, with a hand-made solid oak table forming the centerpiece of the design, metal inlays playing across the surface towards the nearby kitchen, allowing guests a glimpse into Tim Raue’s hallowed working space.
